Choosing to be happy | heal your mind.

  When we are physically unwell or unhappy due to some reason, most of us panic or get upset and don't find any reason to be happy like, we repeatedly think and speak about the illness and have unwanted negative thoughts that can ruin our happiness, and because of the mind-body connection, our thoughts affect our body and mental health. How we think can either heal us or harm us. Each morning when we wake up, what is the first thought that comes into our mind, is it that it's going to be a beautiful day in which there's going to be the opportunity to express ourselves creatively, and are we inspired to do something that's going to be very beautiful, or is it that we begin the day with a sense of "well, who knows what going to happen" or is it even worse, can we guarantee what sort of mood we wake up with and how my day is going to turn out?
