I hate my life| simple ways to Start falling in love with your life again .




Life is about suffering to survive and trying to find meaning in suffering. Have you ever completely stopped what you are doing, stopped everything,  and just sat and thought and looked at the world we live in,  There are different difficulties, but before you hate life and write it off completely, consider the following four things that may change your mind.

We always wanted everything outside to be perfect, but everything outside cannot be perfect, there are only two things that can be perfect, and those two things are the situation and the other thing is a state of mind.

DO NOT DEPEND UPON THE SITUATION.

Our equation of life becomes- As is the situation, so will be my state of mind, so many people depend upon the situation for their happiness, if the situation fluctuates, our state of mind starts fluctuating, if this happens repeatedly, let's think, what will happen to our happiness throughout the day? It kept fluctuating, and then because there was a new situation every few minutes, our state of mind started fluctuating every few minutes, and within a few days, we started to believe stress is natural.

 But what was supposed to be natural?

Happiness was supposed to be natural, suppose happiness is represented by a straight line, a sudden situation came, and happiness fluctuated, another situation came and happiness fluctuated and this happens repeatedly, the situation kept coming and happiness kept fluctuating, happiness means when a person is stable, the situation may be turbulent but if one state of mind is stable, means he or she is happy, And one who is not happy is looking for certain things outside throughout the day for something to happen so that one should feel nice, we should avoid looking for happiness outside, this is how we have become _ wanting and asking for Appreciation for our happiness, this is a sign that our mind battery has become absolutely weak. Our state of mind is affected by situations and people, if that is my way of living, then one cannot be always happy if we make our state of mind dependent on unpredictable situations, then our state of mind will also be unpredictable throughout the day, and we won't understand why our emotion like this or we always feel sad without any reason? or why is our behavior like this, it is because we are heavily dependent on the situation, so we have to separate these two things.

We should understand that the situations and our state of mind have absolutely no connection. Even if we want a connection it should be that our state of mind should influence our situation, If our state of mind influences the situation, it means that turbulence is in the situation.

 Then what will my stability do in the situation? 

It will set the situation right, whoever makes this their equation will be happy throughout the day. They do not need a situation to be happy, they don't depend on people's behavior for them to be happy because their state of mind is not dependent on the situation, and the truth is nobody's state of mind is dependent on the situation, so then when our mind is not dependent on the situation then we are in the giving mode,  if my mind is dependent on the situation then we are in the asking mode when we give, it flows from us to the outside, when it will flow from outside, we will experience it, we should know that we create energy and it radiate.

Who is the first person to experience it when we create and radiate? Ourselves.

When we are angry at someone, who is the first person to experience it?

Visualize someone standing beside you, and you are standing next to him, I create anger to give it to this person, so I create and radiate to this person, who was the first person who got it? Ourselves right, did this person get it, whether they got it or not depends on them, which means this person has a choice whether to take it or not to take it, but the one who created has no choice, so the energy that I create, who is the first person to get it, myself. , whatever you want for yourself, keep giving to others, it is in giving, that you receive, so when we give anger to somebody, who is the first person to get it, me, when I give acceptance, love, and respect to somebody, who is the first person to get it? I get it while I am giving it to them, 

The moment your mind starts wondering, what should you do?

It takes only a few days of practice, if there is a small child who is not disciplined for very long, the child keeps jumping and running all over the place, so we have to tell him to sit down, everything is fine, settle down, just like that do not allow the mind to go anywhere, where it's not needed, because if you keep allowing it to go where it is not needed, then it's not present where it is needed, and then you will not have the power when it is needed to face your situations in life, throughout the day, how much energy we might waste, within a few days when we understand this wastes my energy, our attention will not go there, my mind should be only there where it is needed to be, if the mind wanders thinking - what is happening there, what is he doing, what is going on in her house? what is going on in his life? then what happens to my circle? 

so all of those unwanted things and people live in our mind and then there is no space for ourselves because throughout the day we are thinking about other people, it is always about others, whoever we keep thinking about, that person starts living on our mind, and whoever lives on our mind becomes a part of our circle. and becomes a part of our circle, we have to choose what we need to keep in our circle, so if I want to keep our circle white, the most important thing is we cannot afford to think about other people's nature, the minute we started thinking about the flower, it is fresh or not yellow or not now where are the flowers, on my mind earlier the flowers were only outside, now the flowers are here on my mind, now it's no more outside, its a part of my soul and my thinking, and now its a part of my energy field, knowing this, what should think about throughout the day? We will meet people throughout the day and work with them, everyone has a different nature, what do we keep in mind, we need to keep the white circle, white even by evening, so what should we take care of while living or working with everyone? If somebody has a weakness, if they have a nature that we don't like, where should we let that nature be? Let it remain there,

How to work with them? we can decide that, but let us not keep thinking about them, because once you start thinking about them, then nature doesn't remain only with them, now it becomes a part of my energy field, suppose, I need to work with 10 people today, one of them have a habit of lying, one of them does not come on time, the second one is not good at work, the third one makes excuses, now i start thinking about them, they always lie, no matter how much you explain, they still lie to me, this person, will never change, what happening to my circle, what's happening is, now I have lies, delay, dishonesty, all of this in my energy field, and when this becomes dark, how will I influence them to become white? I observed their dark and made my circle dark. so do not let the negative surroundings impact your mind.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR EMOTIONAL HEALTH.

We have a lot of wisdom but we are not using it consistently, it's very important to check our emotional strength as well, we keep facing situations, and people behave differently, do we fall emotionally ill in those moments? when someone is worried or angry, do we catch their emotional infection? How strong is our emotional immunity system? Does the problem seem very big to me? or do I find them simple and cross them easily? What is my response internally? In my thoughts and feelings? and then in my words and behavior? to every situation of life? in every scene, if someone doesn't speak to me properly, how do I feel? if someone doesn't like my Instagram post, how do I feel? if someone tells me I am too fat, how do I feel? if someone stopped speaking to me but spoke to the other person, how do I feel? on a scale of 1 to 10, where do I stand? do I feel emotionally tired by evening / If someone enquires about our well-being, do we say life is just going on? if my emotional health is not 10,  life is going fine, there is no problem, sometimes we get angry, sometimes we cry, and sometimes we feel bad, what is wrong with that? it is normal, which means I can live my life with average health, but while having average health, if suddenly there comes a big challenging situation, then my average health will not be in a position to face that situation, for example, if there is a pain in my leg, I can still walk, it's easy and I have accepted that pain in my foot to be a normal part of my life,  its so easy that I have accepted that pain in my foot to be normal, but someday if I need to run, I will not be able to do it and that day I will fall, then I will say I need someone to help me stand, but when I was walking in pain, if I had helped myself to heal myself, probably I would never fall.

  • Learn something new.
  • Wake up early
  • Practice gratitude
  • Go on a walk without your phone
  • Surround yourself with people who light you up
  • Set intentions for your day
  • Speak kindly to yourself
  • Move gently 
  •  Enjoy the morning sun      
Start practicing these on a regular basis and you will find changes in life.
